Ready in less than 10 minutes with just 5 ingredients, they're a hit with kids and adults alike. Ingredients
+ 2 eggs (or 2 flax eggs for vegan alternative 2 tbs of ground flax seeds with 6 tbsp water)
+ 2 bananas
+ 2 scoops/sachets of Complete (either flavour works!)
+ 30ml Coconut oil (for greasing the fry pan)
+ 15g frozen berries (toppings)
+ 30g yogurt (optional topping)
Directions
- Mix all ingredients in a blender until smooth.
- Grease frying pan with coconut oil and place on low heat.
- Spoon mixture onto pan and flip when golden brown (the pancake will easily slide on the pan when it’s ready).
- Serve with coconut yoghurt and fresh berries.
- Hide the leftovers - they'll disappear quick!
