That is up to 14 years of FREE product for a child you love!

We've gathered the most common questions from families just like yours, so you can feel confident and informed about the Healthy Starts Program.The Healthy Starts Program is simple and straightforward. Once you purchase an eligible Juice Plus+ product, you can choose a child between the ages of 4 and 17 to receive free Fruit and Vegetable Capsules or Chews.
The only cost to you is your own product and shipping to your address. We’ll handle the rest! You’ll also receive periodic surveys to share your progress, helping us continue to improve our program and products.
Child Dosage
4 – 12 years
- 1 Fruit and 1 Vegetable Capsule OR
- 2 Fruit and 2 Vegetable Soft Chews
Adult supervision required under the age of 6.
Adultescent Dosage
13 years and above
- 2 Fruit and 2 Vegetable Capsules OR
- 4 Fruit and 4 Vegetable Soft Chews
The Healthy Starts Program is designed to complement and boost your existing health routine, not replace it.
By adding Juice Plus+ to your child’s diet, you’re ensuring they receive the added nutrition from 30 different fruits, vegetables, and berries. It’s an easy and effective way to fill any nutritional gaps and support their overall health.
Each adult sponsor can only have one active Healthy Starts account at a time.
If you have more than one child you want to sponsor, you can place additional orders under another adult’s name. Once your current young person completes the program, you can sponsor a new one.
Life happens, and we understand that. If your order was cancelled or paused, you can easily re-join the Healthy Starts Program.
Simply restart your order if it’s been less than 12 months, or start a new one if it’s been over 12 months. Contact our Juice Plus+ Head Office to get started again.
Once your child turns 13, they’ll automatically start receiving the adult dosage in their next delivery. That’s 2 Fruit and 2 Vegetable Capsules or 4 Fruit and 4 Vegetable Soft Chews daily—double the child’s dose to support their growing needs.
