Perfect for warm Easter days, lunchbox snacks, or guilt-free desserts the whole family can enjoy. Plus, the kids won’t even realise how healthy they are!

Ingredients
+ 500g coconut yoghurt
+ 1 scoop or sachet Juice Plus Complete Vanilla
+ 1 handful blueberries
+ 4 strawberries
+ 1 kiwi fruit
+ Lollipop sticks
+ Silicone mould (try Amazon, eBay, Kmart etc – Easter egg shapes work great!)
Directions
- Prep the Fruit Wash, peel, and chop the blueberries, strawberries, and kiwi fruit.
- Blend in Layers Blend each fruit one at a time with ⅓ of the coconut yoghurt and ⅓ of the Complete. You’ll have three separate fruity layers.
- Fill the Moulds Spoon the fruit-yoghurt mixtures into silicone moulds of your choice, layering or swirling for a fun effect.
- Add Sticks Insert the lollipop sticks gently into each mould.
- Freeze Freeze for at least 2 hours or until fully set.
- Enjoy! Once frozen, pop them out of the mould and enjoy your naturally sweet, nourishing lollipops.
