These Chocolate Easter Energy Bites are made with our Juice Plus Chocolate Complete and a crunchy hit of Cacao Rocks, giving you a nutrient-rich, feel-good treat without refined sugars. Perfect for Easter celebrations, these no-bake bites are packed with protein, fibre, and wholesome ingredients to help you snack smarter this season!

Gluten Free | No Bake | No Refined Sugar | Family-Friendly | Perfect for Easter Snacking 

 

Ingredients    

+ 1 scoop/sachet Juice Plus Complete Dutch Chocolate
+ 1 cup gluten free rolled oats
+ ½ cup almond butter (or any nut/seed butter of your choice)
+ ¼ cup honey or maple syrup
+ ¼ cup unsweetened shredded coconut
+ ¼ cup mini dark chocolate chips, melted
+ 20g crushed Juice Plus Cacao Rocks
+ 1 tsp vanilla extract
+ Pinch of sea salt

  

Directions  

  1. Combine Dry Ingredients In a large mixing bowl, combine Juice Plus Complete, rolled oats, shredded coconut, crushed Cacao Rocks, and sea salt.
  2. Add Wet Ingredients Add almond butter, honey or maple syrup, and vanilla. Mix well until the ingredients are fully combined and sticky.
  3. Incorporate Chocolate Chips Fold in the melted mini dark chocolate chips.
  4. Form Energy Bites Roll into bite-sized balls using your hands or a small cookie scoop.
  5. Set the Bites Place on a tray lined with parchment paper.
  6. Refrigerate Chill for at least 30 minutes to set.
  7. Enjoy Store in an airtight container in the fridge and enjoy throughout the week!
