Ingredients
Base
+ 1½ cups almond meal
+ ¼ cup coconut oil
+ 1 tbsp maple syrup (or to taste)
+ 1 heaped tbsp vanilla protein powder (or a few drops of vanilla essence)
Filling
+ ½ cup Juice Plus Cacao Rocks
+ 200ml coconut cream
+ ¼ cup maple syrup
Directions

Make the Base In a bowl, mix together the almond meal, coconut oil, maple syrup, and protein powder until combined.
Grease 2 small tart tins with coconut oil and press the mixture firmly into each to form a base. Set in the fridge to chill. -
Prepare the Filling Melt the Cacao Rocks gently. Stir in the coconut cream and maple syrup. Blend the filling mixture if you’d like a super smooth, thick ganache.

Assemble & Set Pour the chocolate filling into the chilled tart bases. Return to the fridge and let them set for at least 30 minutes.

Decorate & Enjoy Once set, top with your favourite nuts, berries, or edible flowers. Store any leftovers in the fridge.
Variations
- Add a few drops of peppermint, rose, or orange essence to the filling for flavour twists.
- Add cocoa powder to the base for extra richness.
- Double the recipe to make one large tart instead of two smaller ones.
