Perform Fruit & Nut Slice

This fruit & nut slice is packed with healthy ingredients like Juice Plus+ Perform, cacao, almond butter, and dried apricots. It’s the perfect balance of crunchy nuts and sweet fruit, all blended into a smooth, satisfying slice. Quick to prepare and easy to store, this healthy snack is ideal for busy days, a post-workout boost, or a sweet yet nutritious dessert!

 

Ingredients

+  40g Juice Plus+ Perform
+  50g Cacao Powder
+  100g Coconut Oil
+  2 tbsp Almond Butter
+  50g Cashews (crushed)
+  50g Walnuts (crushed)
+  50g Almonds (crushed)
+  80g Dried Apricots
+  (Any dried fruit or mixed dried fruit) 

 

Directions 

  1. Combine cacao, coconut oil, Perform and nut butter in a saucepan over a low heat and stir until melted with a smooth consistency.

  2. Place crushed nuts and dried fruit in the bottom of a tray.

  3. Pour the melted mixture over the nuts and fruit and place in the freezer for 15 mins.

  4. Chop or break the slice into pieces. Store in airtight container in freezer
