Mint & Lime Iced Tea

Let the cool embrace of mint and the zesty touch of lime refresh your palate. This easy, alcohol-free beverage is perfect for summer gatherings or hydrating on a sunny afternoon!

 

Ingredients  

 

+  240 ml hot water
+  Several sprigs of mint leaves (stems removed)
+  5 ml lime juice
7 g raw honey or sweetener to taste
+  4 ice cubes

 

  

Directions  

  1. Steep the mint leaves in the hot water for 3–5 minutes.
  2. Stir in the lime juice and honey (or your chosen sweetener) until fully dissolved.
  3. Let the mixture cool before serving over ice. Enjoy the refreshing flavours!

Notes

  • Leftovers: Refrigerate for up to three days.
  • No Honey: Use maple syrup, agave, or a sweetener of choice.
  • Additional Toppings: Add ginger slices for an extra kick.
