Cool down this summer with these refreshing and fruity popsicles! Made with Juice Plus+ Fruit Chews, mango, and your choice of yogurt, they’re the perfect treat to whip up with the kids. Layers of creamy yogurt and sweet mango make for a deliciously tangy combo, and they’re super easy to prepare. Freeze them overnight and enjoy a sunny, healthy snack that everyone will love!
Ingredients
+ 1 lemon, juice and zest
+ 1 mango, skin removed and sliced into cubes
+ 500g unsweetened coconut yoghurt
Directions
- Place Fruit Chews and lemon juice into a small dish and leave to soak for 1 hour.
- Mash mango with a fork or in food processor and set aside.
- Add yoghurt of choice and lemon zest into a small bowl and mix through.
- Once the Fruit Chews have dissolved, add the mixture with the mashed mango and stir through.
- Add the mango mixture as the first layer in the popsicle mould.
- Then add the yoghurt mixture as the second layer and add the paddle pop sticks.
- Freeze overnight and enjoy!
