Made with crunchy puffed grains and antioxidant-rich Juice Plus Cacao Rocks, they’re perfect for school holidays, family gatherings, and Easter dessert tables. Bonus: no oven required, and they’re refined sugar-free!

Ingredients
+ 100g butter, dairy-free alternative, or coconut oil
+ 200g high-quality dark chocolate, broken into chunks
+ 200g cornflakes, puffed rice, puffed quinoa or bran flakes
+ 6 tbsp maple syrup
+ 50g Juice Plus Cacao Rocks, roughly chopped
Directions
- Melt the Base: In a saucepan over low heat, melt the butter (or coconut oil) and dark chocolate together, stirring gently until smooth.
- Add Syrup & Cacao: Stir in the maple syrup and chopped Cacao Rocks. Mix until everything is melted and glossy.
- Mix in the Crunch: Remove from heat and fold in your cereal of choice until evenly coated.
- Shape the Nests: Spoon the mixture into cupcake cases, pressing a little dip in the centre of each to form a nest.

Chill & Decorate: Refrigerate for 30 minutes or until firm. Add mini eggs or berries just before serving.
