Green tea just got a whole lot more refreshing with the sweet flavours of fresh strawberries and nectarines! This easy mocktail recipe is perfect for summer, making the most of seasonal fruits while delivering a cool, minty twist. It’s an alcohol-free, healthy treat that’s ideal for hot days or gatherings.
Ingredients
+ 4 Juice Plus+ Fruit Chewables (dissolved in the juice of half a lemon)
+ About 50 fresh mint leaves
+ 1-2 tbsp of agave syrup, to taste
+ 2 cups unsweetened, cooled green tea
+ 1 cup store-bought or homemade nectarine or peach juice
+ 1/2 cup fresh lemon juice
+ 2 fresh peaches sliced
+ 1 cup sliced fresh strawberries
+ Crushed ice for serving
Directions
- In a large pitcher, combine the dissolved Chewables, mint and syrup.
- Using a muddler, mash the leaves.
- Stir in the green tea, peach juice, lemon juice, fresh peaches and strawberries.
- Over julep strainer into pitcher.
- Chill until ready to serve.
- Serve over crushed ice and garnish with fresh fruit.
