Lime Mint Ice-blocks

These Lime-Mint Ice Blocks are the ultimate refreshing treat for a hot summer day! Perfect for keeping the kids cool, this healthy homemade ice-block recipe combines zesty lime, fresh mint, and Juice Plus+ Fruit Chews for a burst of flavour. Easy to make and packed with natural ingredients, they’re an ideal addition to your collection of summer recipes for kids. 

 

Ingredients 

+  10 Juice Plus+ Fruit Blend Soft Chews, dissolved in the juice of 1 lime
+  1 peeled cucumber, chopped
+  15 mint leaves
+  1 tbsp mint syrup
+  250ml water
+  1/2 cup fresh lime juice
+  1 additional lime, juiced

 

 

Directions  

  1. Mix cucumber and mint leaves in a blender then strain the puree through a fine-mesh, pressing on the solids to extract all of the liquid.
  2. Add the mint syrup, water and dissolved chews.
  3. Pour your liquid into Ice block moulds and freeze in the freezer for at least 4 hours.
  4. Remove when frozen and enjoy!
