Ingredients
+ 2 cups of unsweetened apple sauce
+ 1 sachet Juice Plus+ Complete French Vanilla
+ ¾ cup of all purpose GF flour (or flour of choice)
+ 1 tablespoon baking powder
+ Lemon zest
+ 2 lemons
+ 2 tablespoons raspberry jam or lemon jam
+ 4 tablespoons of water
Directions
- Preheat oven to 190 degrees.
- Mix all ingredients to create a smooth batter.
- Pour the batter into greased springform and bake for 45 minutes.
- So that the cake does not start to burn, cover it after 15 minutes.
Decoration Directions
- Wash 3 Lemons in hot water.
- Cut into thin slices.
- Warm the jam in a pan and add the water.
- Caramelise the lemon slices briefly on both sides.
- Use the lemon slices to decorate the cake.
