Packed with natural sweetness, a rich cacao coating, and a nutty filling, they’re the perfect bite-sized treat to fuel your day while keeping things indulgent yet wholesome.

Ingredients    

+  12 pitted Medjool dates
+  6 tbsp almond butter (or nut butter of choice)
+  20 g ceremonial cacao rocks
+  Rock salt (optional topping)

Directions  

  1. Line a tray with baking paper.
  2. Slice the dates open and fill with almond butter.
  3. Melt the cacao rocks over a double boiler.
  4. Dip each filled date into the melted cacao and place on the tray.
  5. Chill in the fridge for 10 minutes before serving.
