This decadent homemade mousse is ultra-creamy, naturally sweetened with Medjool dates, and made with Cacao Rocks and coconut cream for a rich chocolate flavour. Free from dairy and artificial sugars, it’s the perfect guilt-free dessert.

Ingredients
+ 1.5 Cups Ceremonial Cacao Rocks
+ 6 Medjool Dates – Pitted
+ 200ml Coconut Cream
Directions
- Remove seed from dates and place in a small bowl
- Cover dates with boiled/ filtered water and let sit for 5 mins to soften
- Melt cacao in a small bowl over a larger bowl with boiling water. Ensure no water splashes into the Cacao
- Remove Cacao from heat
- Drain dates and keep water
- Place melted cacao , dates and coconut cream into the blender
- Combine well – ensure dates are completely smooth and use a spatula to scrape the sides of the blender.
- Pour the mixture into 2 serving dishes / jars and refrigerate until set
- Serve with berries
