Ingredients
+ 180g natural peanut butter (smooth or crunchy)
+ 100g coconut sugar or maple syrup
+ 60ml oat milk
+ 1 tsp vanilla extract
+ 150g plain flour (or oat flour for gluten-free)
+ ½ tsp baking soda
+ ¼ tsp sea salt
+ 20 Juice Plus Fruit Chewables, quartered
+ 50g Cacao Rocks, roughly chopped
Directions
- Preheat the oven to 180°C and line a baking tray with parchment paper.
- In a bowl, whisk together peanut butter, coconut sugar (or maple syrup), oat milk, and vanilla extract until smooth.
- In a separate bowl, mix the flour, baking soda, and salt.
- Gradually add the dry ingredients into the wet mixture, stirring until a dough forms.
- Fold in the quartered Juice Plus Chewables and chopped Cacao Rocks.
- Scoop tablespoon-sized portions onto the baking tray, flattening slightly.
- Bake for 10-12 minutes or until golden brown.
- Let cool on the tray for 5 minutes before transferring to a wire rack.
