Choccy Cacao Bliss Balls

These no-bake chocolate bliss balls are the ultimate grab-and-go snack, packed with fibre, protein, and healthy fats! Made with Juice Plus Cacao Rocks and Complete Dutch Chocolate, they offer a rich, chocolatey taste with wholesome ingredients. Swap oats for almond meal or nut butter for sesame butter to suit your preferences. For the perfect texture, adjust the consistency as you mix. Roll in coconut or crushed nuts for extra flavour and store in an airtight container in the fridge or freezer.

Ingredients    

 

+ 1 sachet/scoop of Juice Plus Complete Dutch Chocolate

+ 40 g Ceremonial Cacao Rocks 

+ 1.5 cups of Oats

+ 3 tbsp natural nut butter

+ 30 ml of milk of choice (or coconut oil)

+ 1 tbsp honey (or maple syrup)

  

Directions  

  1. Combine dry ingredients in food processor until well combined.
  2. Add in nut butter and combine well
  3. Check consistency – if too dry add small drops of chosen liquid and combine
  4. Continue to add liquid until desired consistency is achieved.
  5. Taste test and add in honey if desired and combine well
  6. Roll into balls and place in the fridge to set
  7. Coat with coconut or crushed nuts and return to the fridge.
