Berry & Dragon Fruit Smoothie Bowl

Start your day with this easy, fast, and healthy breakfast recipe! This vibrant and refreshing plant-based smoothie bowl is not only visually stunning but also packed with nutrition. Featuring Juice Plus+ Perform and the natural sweetness of dragon fruit and berries, it’s the perfect way to fuel your morning with energy and goodness.

 

Ingredients    

Smoothie Base:

  • 1 scoop Juice Plus+ Perform+ 
  • ½ cup (75g) dragon fruit (pink variety)
  • ½ cup (75g) frozen mixed berries
  • ¼ cup (60ml) unsweetened oat milk 
  • 2 tbsp (40g) unsweetened coconut yoghurt 

Toppings:

  • 1 banana, sliced (about 100g)
  • 2 tbsp (30g) pomegranate seeds
  • 4 fresh raspberries (20g)

  

Directions  

  1. Blend the Base: Add Juice Plus+ Perform, frozen dragon fruit, frozen mixed berries, oat milk, and coconut yoghurt to a blender. Blend until smooth and thick. Add a splash more oat milk if needed to reach your desired consistency.

  2. Assemble the Bowl: Pour the smoothie into a bowl, spreading it evenly with a spoon.

  3. Add the Toppings: Arrange the sliced banana, pomegranate seeds, fresh raspberries on top in a decorative pattern.

  4. Serve & Enjoy: Grab a spoon and enjoy this vibrant, nutrient-packed smoothie bowl!
